Alice’s Fantasy Restaurant is a themed restaurant of Alice’s Wonderland. There are 3 stores in Tokyo, Shinjuku, Ginza and Ikebukuro that each restaurant has different concepts. Ginza is chapter 1 which shows the mysterious world between dream and the reality where Alice got lost. Shinjuku restaurant is chapter 3 visualizes the world of picture books. (chapter 2 is at Osaka store!) Ikebukuro is the last chapter expressing the castle of Queen Judith of Hearts. The quality of decorations, dishes and staffs are very high.

The pokemon cafe is the cutest cafe at Nihonbashi where you would be surrounded by pokemons. Pockemon printed on food, special pokemon goods, pokemon shaped plates… there are so many photogenic pokemon things which is surely a dream place for Pokemon fans. The first official pokemon store in Japan was opened at Nihonbashi in 1998. This pokemon cafe was opened in 2018 to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Gundam Cafe is a Gundam themed cafe as the name shows. The cafe is filled with Gundam, one of the most famous Japanese animations. Tokyo has 2 Gundam cafes, in Akihabara and Odaiba. The cafe in Odaiba is located in front of the real size Gundam statue but does not have eat-in spaces and it is only for take out. You can get special Gundam goods at both cafes. The cafes are particular about the details that once you enter, you will be part of the Gundam world.

This Kawaii Monster Cafe Harajuku is a unique cafe in Harajuku expressing neo kawaii culture. If the seats are available, you can choose your seats from four areas, MUSHROOM DISCO, MILK STAND, Bar Experiment, and Mel-Tea ROOM. PLANETARIUM Starry Cafe is the first planetarium at the airport which is located at the 5th floor of the Haneda Airport International Terminal. Programs from 3 minutes to 25 minutes are performed and has break between those programs. You can order and dishes would be served during this intermission. It is an epoch making cafe where you can enjoy planetarium while eating and drinking. Let’s relax at this cafe before your departure.

Calbee, the renowned and dominant snack company in Japan, operates this new type of store, Calbee Plus. Tokyo has 2 stores, in Harajuku and Tokyo station. You can eat freshly fried potato chips, hot snacks, ice cream, and drinks here. Calbee is very famous for its potato chips that about 70% of the potato chips sales in Japan is by Calbee. This is the only place where you can enjoy flavored and fresh potato chips.

Moomin, the famous character from Finland, is loved by so many Japanese too. Tokyo has 2 moomin cafes, at Tokyo Dome City and at Tokyo Skytree Solamachi town. You can enjoy Scandinavia cuisine here with cute Moomin designed decorations, plates, and atmosphere. All the cutleries are also Moomin character shaped. Vampire Cafe is a vampire themed cafe in Ginza where vampires serve you. Dark and suspicious atmosphere is very thrilling and the dishes are very photogenic. Pompompurin is a very popular character of Sanrio which is famous as the Hello Kitty’s company. Tokyo has only 1 POMPOMPURIN cafe in Harajuku. Literally everything is related to this cute Pompompurin and photo spots in the cafe makes people excited…! You can also get cute original goods only sold here. The cafe is usually crowded but please note that seats cannot be reserved in advance.
“A dream cafe filled with tons of Japanese toys” Cheepa’s cafe
Cheepa’s cafe with its special toy gallery is located at Ginza. This cafe is owned by the former president of Bandai, the most renowned toy company in Japan. All the toys here are his personal collections which is more than 3,000 figure dolls and special wall arts. You can have a cup of coffee and take a look at the history (from 1950s to present day) of important toys collected by the toy company’s leading person. Guests are required to buy 1 drink to see the gallery and the cafe is closed on every Thursdays.
