3331 Arts Chiyoda is an art center located close to Akihabara station. It has an art gallery, cafe, and offices from the 1st basement floor to the 3rd floor. As a closed middle school building is used, you can enjoy its unique atmosphere as well. The opening hours of a gallery depend on the exhibition.
