2k540 AKI-OKA ARTISAN opened in 2010 is a little town filled with crafts stores and fashionable cafes. It is located under the overpass from Akihabara station to Okachimachi station. The area is lined with about 50 handcraft stores, workshops, and cafes. Here very unique, stylish, beautiful, and creative handmade products are sold and it is fun even just walking around! 2k540 is a railway term which means 2.540 kilometers from Tokyo station and AKI-OKA stands for AKIhabara and OKAchimachi.
