The Ueno Royal Museum is located very close to Ueno station’s park gate. You can enjoy various artworks from ukiyo-e, Japanese traditional paintings, to contemporary artworks here. It also has special exhibitions on a regular basis and the Van Gogh exhibition in January, 2020 attracted huge attention!
