Hibiya Kokaido hall is located inside the Hibiya Park. It is a Neo Gothic architecture built in 1929. The hall is currently closed for renovation. The exact opening year and date is not announced yet. You can still enjoy the beautiful architecture from outside when you visit Hibiya Park.
