Hachiko statue
This small Hachiko statue is the most popular meeting spot near Shibuya scramble crossing. Hachiko is the name of the actual dog in 1920s and famous for its loyalty to his owner. This Akita dog would go to Shibuya station everyday to wait for his owner coming back home from work. Even after the owner died, Hachiko still walked to Shibuya station everyday to wait his return for about 10 years. This statue was built to commemorate this loyal dog, Hachiko.

Nintendo Tokyo is opened in Shibuya PARCO on November 22nd, 2019 as the first Nintendo directly managed store in Japan. It is the second store in the world (the first store is at New York).
