“A museum of Edo’s history, culture, and lifestyle!”

Edo-Tokyo Museum opened in 1993 is a great museum exhibiting the history and culture of Edo, the old Tokyo. The permanent exhibition displays large models and real documents of Edo-Tokyo’s 400 years history and culture. The most famous model here is the Nihonbashi Bridge during the Edo period. Best place to learn about Edo-Tokyo and travel back to Edo period!
